The Mendham Township School District Strategic Plan describes a desired vision for how the community’s public schools can best serve the needs of the children and the Township’s residents. This process was born through the Board of Education and the District administration’s shared desire to continually enhance all student experiences by providing the very best education possible in an enriching, rigorous, and nurturing environment.
Initiated in November 2010, the Strategic Planning process was facilitated by New Jersey School Boards Association and sought to engage a cross-section of the school community. Board of Education members, school and District administrators, teachers, staff, municipal leaders, parents, and many other community members served the process well, through their valuable contribution and research on many committees, meetings, and retreats. As result of their participation, the Mendham Township Strategic Plan is a rich document that accurately represents the goals the entire community holds for its schools.
